Need a jumpstart to your health & wellness but don’t know where to begin? This is your program! The DadStrong Jumpstart is a 30-day program designed specifically for those starting from minimal to no daily physical activity and who need to make the most basic adjustments to their nutrition and exercise habits. We’ll start with an initial consultation and goal development. Exercise and nutrition goals will be focused on reshaping your mindset and developing consistent habits. This program will prime your mind and body to take the next steps in your health & wellness journey.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON: A 30-minute nutrition consult can be added to this program for an additional, one-time fee of $40.
This is a 60-day program designed specifically for those starting their health & wellness journey at a basic level. Need a consistent fitness routine without requiring a gym membership or specialized equipment? This is your starting point. All workouts are programmed weekly and focus on building strength through bodyweight movements and building cardiovascular health through low-intensity aerobic exercise. You’ll have a one-hour initial consultation followed by weekly accountability check-ins via the Marco Polo video messaging app.

This is a 60-day program designed specifically for those who already have a basic knowledge and understanding of fitness. All workouts are programmed weekly and focus on strength training and cardiovascular fitness. You should have access to a gym and/or basic equipment at home (e.g. pull-up bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, etc.). Focus on cardiovascular health will include three low-intensity aerobic sessions and at least one higher-intensity session. You’ll have a one-hour initial consultation followed by weekly accountability check-ins via the Marco Polo video messaging app.
