The DadStrong Jumpstart is a 30-day program designed specifically for those starting from minimal to no daily physical activity and who need to make core habit changes to nutrition and exercise habits. We'll start with an initial consultation and goal development, and you'll have weekly accountability check-ins via the Marco Polo video messaging app. Exercise and nutrition goals will be focused on reshaping your mindset and developing consistent habits. This program will prime your mind and body and prepare you to take the next steps in your health & wellness journey.
This is a 60-day program designed specifically for those starting their health & wellness journey at a basic level. Need a consistent fitness routine without requiring a gym membership or specialized equipment? This is your starting point. All workouts are programmed weekly and focus on building strength through bodyweight movements and building cardiovascular health through low-intensity aerobic exercise. You'll have a one-hour initial consultation followed by weekly accountability check-ins via the Marco Polo video messaging app.
This is a 60-day program designed specifically for those who already have a basic knowledge and understanding of fitness. All workouts are programmed weekly and focus on strength training and cardiovascular fitness. You should have access to a gym or basic equipment at home (e.g. pull-up bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, etc.). Focus on cardiovascular health will include three low-intensity aerobic sessions and at least one higher-intensity session. You'll have a one-hour initial consultation followed by weekly accountability check-ins via the Marco Polo video messaging app.
This is a 60-day program designed specifically for those with a solid fitness foundation who want to level up their training and improve all-around fitness. All workouts are programmed weekly. Access to a gym and/or equipment (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, etc.) is required for the advanced program. Focus on cardiovascular fitness will include three low-intensity aerobic sessions, two higher-intensity sessions, and one long, low- to moderate-intensity cardio session. Need to improve your nutrition habits but don't want to pay for monthly coaching? A basic nutrition consult will be a great fit for you. You'll complete a nutrition questionnaire ahead of our call, then we'll arrange a 30-minute consult to review your nutrition habits. By the end of the call you'll have solid goals set along with some general guidelines for macronutrient targets as well as total daily caloric intake targets.
Don't feel like the DadStrong program will be the right fit for your health and wellness goals? Get individualized 1:1 coaching tailored to your specific needs and goals. With my 1:1 wellness coaching, I meet you where you are. We will have an introductory session to get some baseline information and set some initial goals, then we meet every 10 days (phone or Zoom/Google Meet. You'll also be able to communicate with me as frequently as needed via the Marco Polo video messaging app. We move at your pace and target the areas most important to you, and I'm with you every step of the way. Please note, because it takes time to build consistent habits that will make a meaningful impact in your life, this option requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
